In addition, as with our serviced offices, be believe our customers should know up front what they are getting. Many virtual office providers (including telephone call handling agencies) will agree a low monthly fee up front then apply charges for every call made or received and/or every SMS text or email sent. We operate fully inclusive packages (no hidden extras) that shouldn't give you any surprises. We do however have to apply some limitations to safeguard us and our existing customers, but these are generous and are specified in the descriptions (please feel free to call us about these if you need any further explanation).
