Access Control
- Your digital filing cabinet keeps your files away from prying eyes in a number of ways. Powerful permissions within the system allow you to restrict access to the right people (and control exactly what they can see and do).
- We can set up your filing and folder structure and administer these for you (you will also be able to do this yourself) - these can be easily revised to meet changing circumstances.
MS Outlook Integration
- The system also interfaces with MS Outlook, allowing you to file your emails in exactly the same way as any other documents.
- You can centrally store and share emails with colleagues!
