Meeting Room
Your Meeting Space
The Orion Room is an ideal setting for meetings, training sessions, or consulting. Located in a tranquil part of Stamford, Orion House is the perfect venue for a quiet, undisturbed meeting but within minutes walk of the town centre. The Orion Room has everything you might need for a successful meeting venue. Rates are from £15 per hour (plus VAT).
- Fully equipped LCD projector
- Conference telephone.
- Wifi or wired Internet connectivity
- Whiteboards & flip chart
- Full reception service - your guests met and greeted
- Your company name displayed on our residential companies board (setting the right corporate image for your guests)
- The Orion Room can comfortably seat up to 12 people
- A modular boardroom table, which can be quickly adapted to suit a variety of arrangements.
- Complimentary beverages provided free of charge.
- Lunches to suit your needs can be arranged (at cost) - eat in, or at one of several fine eating places on our doorstep.
- Suitable access can be arranged for wheelchair users - there is also a disabled WC facility on the same floor.
Administrative Support
Imagine being able to turn to someone else to assist you with those tasks that hold you back. With our support you could free up your time, allowing you to focus on running and growing your business. 'Your' PA could provide a range of administrative support services to support you in running your business.
These services include (but are not limited to):
- Full secretarial support including audio typing
- Diary management fully accessible to you online
- Reproduction printing, copying, binding, etc
- Sales support - we can take leads for you
- Marketing support including email marketing and standard mail campaigns
Our services also extend to a dedicated dictation line, allowing clients to compose letters when they want without having to wait until they can access a typing service or their own PC. This service is usually provided on a same day basis.
These services are naturally available, and enjoyed, by our licensee clients, but most are also available on an ad hoc basis to non-license clients. It costs just £3.00 (plus VAT) per 10 minutes for these services (costs of any materials used may be extra).
