Business Continuity

Disaster Recovery

Large organisations are usually well equipped to deal with a disaster, with comprehensive Business Continuity Management (BCM) Plans, staff to oversee and implement these and, crucially, access to disaster recovery facilities and services.

But what can smaller businesses do?

Don't let a disaster turn into a catastrophe! You could have peace of mind for just £10 pcm.

how we can help you

Whatever the emergency it could cost you business if you're not prepared. Let us be an integral part of your business continuity arrangements.

We provide a range of services that will assist you with your business continuity planning.

Communications

We have a next generation technology telephone system, meaning that we can integrate your business telephone number seamlessly and virtually instantly in teh event of a disruption to your business. Your calls could be answered by your 'own' staff (we answer all calls in our clients' company names), so your customers would be none the wiser that you're dealing with a distuption.
Our digital / VOIP telephone service allow you to keep your usual number and simply transfer calls to us when circumstances require. If you have an Internet phone then this is even simpler.
In the event of a lengthy disruption, we could also handle your post.

Data

How safe is your business data? A data protection and recovery strategy means you won't lose any of your data. Please see Paperless Office for details.

A Competitive Edge

By facing up to the probability of difficult times, your BCM Plan should impress your customers with your professionalism and commitment.

We may even be able to assist with temporary office accommodation.

  • Regularly review your premises and working practices for fire and other risks.
  • Keep all staff home and key supplier / contractor contact details off site (preferably in a centrally accessible location).
  • Utilise existing support available (see Telephone Answering).
