services we like

The services listed on this page are some of those we use and/or like. We have published these on this website to assist our clients; however, we would point out that if you wish to use these services then you should check out that they are suitable for your requirements. We do not accept any responsibility for the quality or delivery of these services.

If you know of any other services that you think we should include then please contact us.

To access the services below simply click on the links:

Fee Fax To Email - does exactly as it says. Read, share and print faxes at your convenience, saving you paper, time and money. No banners, adverts or anything else that would 'corrupt' the fax message. Being electronic it is easy to save and forward to others. If you have an existing fax number then you could redirect to the number they supply.

Digital Online Archiving - we've been using this for over a year now and love it ! Access your files from any Windows web browser. We can help you arrange your own service or add you to our own account. This is a low cost filing/archive/backup service - it's much more than a backup service.

SMS Text Messaging From Your Desktop - not a freebie, but very good nevertheless. Message replies can be directed to your email inbox.

Remote PC Access - allows you to set up remote control and file transfer from one computer to another (or multiple PCs). There's a freebie option that works very well.

Webpage Selective Printing - allows you to select which part(s) of a webpage to print rather than printing off reams of useless paper.

Record your call - we've not used this service ourselves but it looks good. Use it to record any call then digitally download the conversation for later use. Please note that there may be legal implications to using such a service (ie you might need to tell who you're calling that you're recording the conversation).

Parcel delivery - we've used this several times. Less expensive than the Post Office.

Survey your customers - we've used this a couple of times. It's free and a good way to sound out your customers.

Mailing Preference Service - supports your right to choose the mail you want.

Telephone Preference Service - the official central opt out register on which you can record your preference not to receive unsolicited sales or marketing calls.

Facsimile Preference Service - a central opt out register whereby businesses (and individuals if they wish) can register their choice not to receive unsolicited sales and marketing faxes.
